  • Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout focused on core strength, posture, flexibility, and balance. It uses your own body weight and simple props rather than machines, helping you move with control, awareness, and flow.

  • No, Every class is designed for all fitness levels. Exercises can be modified or advanced depending on your individual strength and mobility.

  • Live Stream Participants: Please have a mat, Pilates ring, small Pilates ball, and light hand weights. ( Amazon has full kits )

    In-Person at Lotus Lab: All equipment will be provided for you.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. Bring a water bottle and a small towel if desired. Grip socks, regular socks, or bare feet.
