What to know before working with Evolve Health & Fitness:

We have everything you need at the Lotus Lab, just bring your water bottle, a towel if you’d like, and positive energy!

The Lotus Lab is located in the heart of downtown Helena on the historic walking mall! We are conveniently located in the Placer building. Our signage is very visible from the walking mall! You can't miss us & each client will be sent a unique door code prior to their appointment and you can enter when you arrive! Just punch in your code and let us do the rest!

Make sure you have a mat, a pilates ring, small weighted exercise ball (weight is up to you!), a mini pilates ball, and wrist or ankle weights if you’d like. Amazon has pilates kits if you’re unsure.
